The popularity of jeans, including Levi's 510, has grown far and wide. A check on Google shows that in year 2011, interests in terms of search volume, for this American originated brand of casual wear in Singapore, Malaysia and India has surpassed interests in United States. Levis skinny jeans are also gathering more attention amongst young men and women in these countries though the general population still goes for traditional straight cuts. Just as in the US, people in these countries are often seen wearing their jeans with T-shirts.
In Europe, Denmark and Germany lead the other countries in terms of interests in Levi's jeans. The level of interests is significantly higher than that in the United States.
